Pick Up & Delivery: Hors d'oeuvres

 
We strive to provide great tasting hors d’oeuvres that you will be proud to serve, made with fresh ingredients and served attractively.

We would be glad to have your hors d’oeuvres ready-to-serve on your trays.  We have silver, white china and acrylic trays.  Dips and spreads are usually in deli containers.  If you wish to rent a chafing dish for a hot spread, that can be arranged.

The number of servings per item is a very rough estimate.  Servings will vary widely from group to group.  If you are serving a variety of hors d’oeuvre choices at your event, each dish will serve more than is listed.  If you are having only one or two items, you may need to increase the amount you purchase.

Your food order may be picked up at the Providence Farms kitchen, at our store, or we will deliver.  Orders over $400 will be delivered for free within the Franklin and Brentwood areas.  A $20.00 delivery fee will be charged for smaller quantities.


Brie en Croute
(Brie in Puff Pastry)

This can be prepared plain or with cranberry chutney or mushroom pate.
The brie is served warm or at room temperature.
The top can be decorated with seasonal pastry shapes.

These are bite sized hors d’oeuvres.  Try them with one of  Providence Farms home-canned salsas.

Pepperoni Pizza Dip

Just as the name implies - a pepperoni pizza (sans crust) in dip form. Will serve from 25 to 50 depending on appetites.

Chevre and Feta Cheese Spread with Fresh Herbs and Infused Olive Oil
This is served on Crostini or crackers.  It is a seasoned spread shaped into a log, covered with infused olive oil and sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Fruit Tray with Tropical Dip
Our tray contains fresh cantaloupe, honey dew, grapes, strawberries, kiwi & pineapple.  Other fruits, such as starfruit, blueberries, and cherries are added when desired and available.  Our dip is a luscious pineapple-coconut cream (It is sweet – it tastes almost like candy!) Price varies with the season.

Vegetable Tray with Spinach Dip
This tray contains carrots, broccoli, celery, cauliflower, yellow or red peppers & grape tomatoes.  When desired and available, we can add other items such as asparagus, jicama and fresh mushrooms.

Cucumber Sandwiches
These are open-faced sandwiches with an herbed cream cheese spread and a garnish of fresh dill. They are best served within a few hours of pick-up.  (The leftovers taste great the next day, but the bread has a better consistency when fresh.)

Spinach and Artichokes in Puff Pastry
These hors d’oeuvres are spirals of puff pastry with an herbed spinach-artichoke filling.  They are best when they are freshly baked.  You can pick them up immediately after they have been baked, or take them home to bake.  (They may be frozen before baking.)
